Mop pads not installing

Having an issue where when the base cleans the mop pads, it pulls part of the mop pad off of the plastic holder, which raises it up and prevents the vacuum from docking and installing the mop pads. I’ve tried replacing the mop pads, but the issue still continues. Seems to mark primarily happen on the left side.
