My L20 Ultra will not mop / use water tank

I have had this for 1 year working fine, all of a sudden it stopped using the water tanks (both clean and used tank).. I cleaned it competley .. both the robot and the station, and it's still not using the water. The soap is still full.. I also powered on / off the station and the robot. What is going on? Did you make a bad firmware update?
