Won’t find wifi

Hi, I’m setting up my Dreame and it’s going to the ‘apps’ on my phone instead of the WiFi settings. I can’t find anywhere to bipass this to get it to connect.

I have the same issue with mine and the company isn’t doing anything about it as of now it’s been about a week and they said 1-2 business days max. Very disappointed cuz I do like this one better than most feature-wise.

Is your WiFi 2.4GHz?
