Water tank not recognized

My vacuum is not reconizing the water tank and don't know what to do

Mine is not using any water at all. It keeps “mopping” and then cleaning the mop pads without any water. They are totally dry. Not sure what’s going on. I just got it. I checked all the seals and everything seems like it should work. No water going into the used water tank (obviously). Clean water tank is full.

😔 mine worked fine for like 8month perhaps. Clean the sensor with alcohol and try again. The vacuum says something that the water tank is installed. Mine does not say that anymore 😌
