Still won’t empty

I have had my X30 ultra for 3 weeks now and I run it every other day.  Wednesday I checked the cleaning fluid console and when I did I checked the bag and it was relatively empty.  Today I got the replacement supplies and decided to check the dustbin and it couldn’t have been anymore packed, it’s clear it isn’t emptying….. what to do??

Check the to see if there is a block item

I noticed the same thing. I hear the auto empty sound and there’s a little bit of debris in the bag. The dustbin in the unit is full and I have emptied it a couple times already.

I just pulled all of this out of the bagging hole on the right side. I’m not sure why it wasn’t making its way to the bag. But I’m going to increase the auto-empty frequency that maybe it’ll avoid clogs. Especially just getting this recently. I may have a lot of pet hair in the carpet that this is getting up for the first time.

I have mine auto empty every time it's used even if I have to send it out for one room. With all that pet hair I would definitely have it empty frequently as that looks to be what cause a clog
