Vacuum not picking up dirt

Have had my L40 ultra for about five months now have really liked it so far but all of a sudden it does not seem to be picking up dirt. I have replaced the filter made sure nothing is blocking airflow changed out the brush and still it is not picking up small pieces of dirt. What can I do next? Has anyone else had an issue like this?

The brush assembly might stuck on the top position.
