[L10s Pro Ultra] Charging issue

I just purchased my robot, and I have been trying to get it to charge and it will not charge. I’ve made sure that it is securely in the base and have left it there for more than six hours sometimes even overnight . all the attachments are clean, but I’m not sure why I’m still having an issue.

Were you able to set it up in the app? Does it have any charge at all or completely dead? If it has even a small amount of charge I would double check thar the on/off button in back of base is on then remove robot from base and then manually press the home button on thebrobitband it should dock itself correctly and you will hear the robot say " charging". If it came with no charge or very little and isn't charging at all I would turn off the base at the back and unplug it for a few minutes then plug it in and turn on the base the robot will audibly say "charging ". You said you already wiped down all the sensors and camera I would check again there are quite a few on the bottom. Try to manually place the robot back on the base and it should click in and again you will hear it say "charging". Also I should have said this first Make sure your robot is updated to the latest firmware. Since you just purchased it, I would contact Dreame support via email and request an exchange. Unless they have a solution. I have the same model and it really works great. It may just be a bad battery or something but I would want an exchange. I also bought mine from Amazon and recommend taking out the extra protection on it. If you bought it from Amazon you can just start an exchange.
