Dream K20 Pro - Warranty & Troubleshooting

I ordered 2 of these floor machines from Target for myself and my son. I cannot find the QR code to register it for the warranty and the one my son received keeps saying the clean water tank is empty.

Help please

Warranty auto activates with the machine. Go to your “me” tab, then”e-warranty”
