Will not vacuum

Can someone help me, I have been having issues with my robot. I have the mop off when vacuuming the carpet but when it takes off the mop, only one comes off and the robot says please attach mop before continuing. When I switch to keep mop on when vacuuming, it doesn’t do a good job.

I would contact support.

Make sure the contact points are clean and try swapping the pads

We have had the same issue but ours always comes off after the mops are washed. This has been the case since day one. We have tried everything and even contacted customer service and they responded that we can ship the item back and they’ll send us a new one. However, they want us to find a box and package it up (we no longer have the original packaging) and they told us we’re responsible for the item arriving in good shape. They also refuse for us to drop off the item ourselves. We offered for them to send the new one and we can use the packaging of the new one to send the old machine back, but they declined. I’m waiting to hear from a manager regarding this matter.
