[L40 Ultra] Manual Docking

I just got the robot yesterday. I have a sunken living room and two levels that connect to the living room. He did fine mapping and cleaning the living room, returned to base and cleaned itself. But when I added another level and I cleaned there it could not find its way back to the base and I could not dock it manually and it stayed in standby. I did a complete reset and removed all my maps and am starting fresh today. If anyone has any hints, I’d appreciate it. I don’t mind docking it manually. If that’s the hardest thing and my floors are vacuumed and mopped I’m good with docking issues. I just need to be able to do it.

I had the same issue but I noticed that it was because I moved the base 90 degrees after I had mapped my home already. So maybe you moved the base after the fact ?
