Cant share device to family member

Hi,
I have shared drame 9 device to my family members, one of them reinstalled app and i tried to share it on more time.
Shared device is not appearing in their app

What should i do to solve this issue?

They have completely phone but still have an issue

Same here. Shared device to family member by email, then tried by app id, cleared cash.. no luck.
After installing Dreamehome app to 2nd phone (another user), network settings on 1st phone app (initial user) are reset. Does this must happen?
