Battery life

I just got the device and have only used it maybe 5 times. Today, started a clean with 100% battery. After 2 hours of cleaning, it had to dock to recharge. Is this normal?

- After the main unit is fully charged, if it is left for a long time before cleaning, you may notice a rapid power drop in the first few minutes of cleaning. This is normal, and the power consumption will return to normal after a few minutes.

When cleaning in turbo mode, the main unit will consume power relatively quickly. This is because the strong mode requires more power to provide stronger suction and a cleaning effect.

It typically takes two to three minutes to clean one square meter. Please run the cleaning cycle a few times to observe if it is within the normal range.
