Side brush not working

My side brush is not working on my vacuum when I run it, has anyone run into this issue and what can I do to fix it.

Mine is not working either. I’m beginning to think these vacuums are junk.

Mine stopped working too. It is clean, I replaced it but it still not working and vacuum stips with warning, side brush.

1. Check for jams: Please check if the robot is stuck under furniture or if the side brush is obstructed. If stuck, gently move the robot to an open area and ensure the side brush can rotate freely.
2. Clean the side brush: If the robot isn't stuck, please inspect the side brush for any tangled hair or debris that might affect its rotation. Remove the side brush and carefully clean all hair, dust, and foreign objects. You may use scissors to carefully cut away any wound hair.
3. Reinstall the side brush: After cleaning, please reinstall the side brush securely onto the main unit. Ensure it's properly positioned, then restart the robot manually and begin a new cleaning task to verify normal operation.

If the issue persists after completing all the steps, it may be related to a hardware problem.
