My L40 Ultra is just going in circles

My L40 Ultra is just going in circles as though 1 wheel is not working.

Pick it up and see if only one wheel is working

I’m having the same issue! It’s stuck and I can’t figure out what’s causing it or how to fix it!

Thanks for the suggestions.  Nothing at all stuck in the wheels, nothing preventing wheel movement, I can freely turn it, but the machine won't turn it.  Returning as defective and getting same model replacement.
