Won't dock!

At first My dreame would back in and dock just fine, but lately it just tries to dock and rumbles its wheels like its trying to dock, goes forward and tries it a few more times and eventually gives up. I've reset the mop pads, cleaned the sensors and it still keeps happening. The only way for it to dock in place is for me to place it manually until I hear the click. Any ideas?

Same with mine! I have the L10. The base won’t even turn on

Factory reset? Did you upgrade the firmware?

Same with me. I found cleaning the mop cleaning area (at the bottom of the base) helps. Mine had a lot of hair buildup and might have caused misalignment when robot goes back to dock
