Side brush issue

It keeps giving me side brush error. I’ve taken it out cleaned the debris put it back on and still same error. Won’t spin I guess.

I just tried factory reset and still same issue. Any help?

Same. Just got a refurbished x40 and it’s been 5 minutes after setting up and I’ve gotten this error twice. Got rid of my roomba because the reviews were good on this. Very frustrating

I have had the problem before put the wrong side brushes on or a oem product that wws inccorect order side brush from manufacture
