L40 Ultra Clogged and wont empty

Ive been using this robot for almost 2 weeks and it always gets clogged with hair, and when auto emptying it struggles or just doesnt work at all. I have a short hair dog and cat and iI feel like this shouldn't be a problem for a robot that cost this much

Sometimes if mop&vac is ran, debris can become moist and gunk up the mainbrush debris chute. You may have better luck running a vac then mop cycle.

For my household, the tricut brush works great for my wife's long hair and our cats short hair - no tangles. Still have to keep an eye on the side brush though.
