Leaving clumps of dirt

My DREAME keep leaving clumps of dust/ hair all over the house. What am I doing wrong? I clean the machine all the time.

Have you tried setting the dock auto-empty to high frequency? The robot doesn’t have a sensor to be able to tell if it’s full or not. Also, have you cleaned the dustbins filter as that can reduce suction causing it to leave stuff behind.

Try a different brush in the robot....
