Mop no longer gets wet

The water tank no longer pushes out water into the mop. Even after making sure the rubber seal isn’t clogged and the 3 spouts as well. Any suggestions?

Check the water tank it might clogged up

I use filtered water and it still doesn't flow. The tank doesn't seem to be clogged.

Even used toothbrush bristles to poke at the nozzles to make sure they aren't clogged
