Will not factory Reset

My L40 AE was charging, and the next thing I saw was that all 3 button lights were flashing. I went to the app to see what was up, and it said it had lost contact. I tried reconnecting the Wifi but nothing happened, and all three buttons on the vacuum were slowly blinking. Next, I tried powering down and plugging the base back in, but nothing changed. I decided to Factory reset the vacuum, but after holding the reset button for more than 10 seconds, nothing happened. All three buttons are still slowly blinking. I am at a loss for what to try next. I have not had one that would not factory reset.
