Side brush tangled

The side brush is reporting tangled and the vacuum won't clean. There is nothing tangled and it spins freely manually.

Is there an override to just disable it while I wait for the warranty response?

Pull the brush off by pulling on it straight up and turn it off and on again. If the error clears out the brush back on,  else contact support and file a warranty claim if they can’t resolve.

My unit has the exact same issue. Cleaned several times, but the error still occurs.

Have you tried taking off the side brush and seeing if theres any hair wrapped in the side brush?

there are several good videos on YouTube about this. Although I wouldn't suggest the more involved repairs if your warranty is still valid. To those telling you to just pull the side brush off, be careful, a certain models haven't held on with a center screw and some just pull off.
