X40 ultra

I have had this x40 ultra for a year now and been having this problem from the start. When it vacuums it never empties when it’s full of hair. I have to pause the robot and remove it manually. I know there is a setting for it to self empty but when it’s full it doesn’t go back to empty its self.

My L50 did that today. I’ve only had it for a few days and it’s been emoting fine until today.

Vacuum the house like it’s before the internet and then run the robot daily. Make sure the vacuum bag it secured properly and not full.
