X40 Ultra Edge Cleaning

Just bought an X40 Ultra - I picked it because it seems to have the best edge cleaning, but it won’t even get close to the cabinets to clean under the toe kick. Do I have a setting wrong?

Measure the height from the floor to the top of the toe kick. Then check the manual for the minimum height for the robot to pass underneath. Robot may be detecting the cabinets frame and not the space underneath where the toe kick is located.

Hi! I know the vacuum itself is too tall, but I bought the one with the side arm/brush that extends for this very reason. My Ecovac was able to vacuum (with the side brush) and mop under them without issue… is this just the way it’s made?

I’m having the same issues with the x40 ultra. Mine starts vacuuming right along the cabinets then it starts to veer away and not going along them. I’ve tried putting a virtual curtain along all the cabinets and that didn’t help. I tried remapping and it didn’t help either

If it cannot go underneath, then it will just leave a distance when its going around it.
