The mopping function isnt working

All of a sudden the mopping function isnt working. It doesnt seem to be dispensing any liquid at all, the mops are dry quickly.

There is a little filter in the bottom of the fresh water tank. It’s a very fine plastic screen. Maybe it’s plugged.

How do I contact Roborock for a Dreame L 40 malfunction?

I map all the time and the pads clean. And I have dirty water but there is no solution being used. Is there something that needs to be programmed for the solution to actually be used? Not just water.
