L10s base does not supply water to robot anymore

My L10s vacuum robot is not mopping anymore, or, better, the mop pads stay completely dry because the water supply from the base to the ribot does not work anymore. When the robot is in the base station, there is no water being pumped into the robot.
This looks like a mechanical defect. Is there any way to manually start the transfers of the water to the robot to check, or a way to check and clean the pipes and the pump in the base station?
