[L10s Ultra] DreameBot L10s Ultra – Mopping Failure and Docking Issue

Hello Dreame Support,

My DreameBot L10s Ultra is no longer functioning as advertised. While it still vacuums and charges, it does not dispense detergent anymore; as for the water and water waste, the water waste tank is not filling up too as you can see on my attachments ever since I received and filled the water up it never dispense water, making the mopping feature completely unusable. In addition, the robot is now struggling to dock properly, which was not an issue before.

I have verified the water tank, detergent installation, and firmware, and the problem persists. For a premium product, this level of failure is unacceptable.

I am requesting a clear resolution—repair, replacement, or next steps under warranty as soon as possible.
