Device not showing on app

My dreamehome app does not show my device, even when i add it again

Same here. Tried adding it again a few times. Not working

Same issue. I had it mapped and cleaned it once and it is gone now. I triedcto add it many times but it wouldn't.

Same issue here too, reconnected network, full charged, re paired it, says connected and still has information on my device name but refuses to show up in app.

Is there a server issue on Dreame side? I even tried to delete and reinstall the app but still no device shown.

Feels like this new update screwed everything. I have no access to the device at all.

Just came back on for me. I pulled down on the homepage to refresh and my device was back.

Refresh and it works now

If you can, do your 30 day no questions asked full refund. Check Dreame out on BBB... things aint good... wish I would have
