Create Automation Fails

Why when trying to creat an automation it fails?

I am having the same issue.

Hi there, regarding the “Create Automation Fails” issue, please kindly try the following troubleshooting steps:

1.Please make sure the robot battery level is above 15%, as scheduled cleaning tasks cannot be executed when the battery is too low.
2.Please check whether the device is online. If the robot is offline, automation tasks may fail to run properly. We recommend checking your Wi-Fi connection, restarting the router if needed, and reconnecting the robot to the network.
3.If the robot is currently performing another cleaning task, the scheduled automation task may be cancelled automatically. Please wait until the current task is completed before trying again.
4.Please also check the region setting in the APP. For US version devices, please make sure the region is set to “United States” under: Me → Region.
