[X50 Ultra] Washboard flooding

Anyone having issues with the dirty water flooding the washboard area? It’s almost as if the water pump is losing suction power and the water is now sitting at the bottom of baseboard and forcing me to get a towel to soak up all the dirty water. Anyone else having this issue?

I’ve had the x50 for about 4 months now.

I am having this same issue. We've only had our 2 months. Anyone have a solution?

I actually found out that the lid to my wastewater container was not closed properly and that fixing that enabled the dirty water to be drained from the mop basin.

Yes, I’m having the same problem. Haven’t had a solution yet. My wastewater was closed properly so that didn’t help. Also, my dustpan empty at the end the self emptying is not working. Does anybody have a solution for that?

I had this happen right off the bat. I have watched so many Utube videos for tips and tricks for it. I have found that for the luxury of not having to sweep and mop my floors my Aqua 10 roller mop is pretty high maintenance. The video I watched pretty much said that it’s wise to remove and wash the floor board and roller mop insert after every cleaning to prevent this and to make sure all the dirt is out of the mop insert. That’s what I’ve started doing. The book has a maintenance schedule and it’s a lot if you read it.
