Vibration coming from somewhere

Since I received my machine back from repairs it has been making a loud vibration type sound, please view the video. I need a solution for this problem.
I am also experiencing interrupted cleaning. It stops a few minutes after starting and returns to charge, same as before the repair. I don’t think it’s the battery, there’s something wrong with the programming.

Mine makes a whistling noise!

Whenever mine starts making odd noises, chances are maybe there's something stuck in a strange place. I have a son with hair past his shoulders- he sheds more than our cat- his hair always gets stuck in the wheels and weird places. I just take everything apart and it's usually a cat toy or a disgusting amount of hair. Sometimes i dont even know how the robot still moves with that much hair around the wheels.

Take apart the robot and check the suction box. Something is stuck in the exhaust part.
