Mind of its own

Hi there!! Hoping for help with my Dreame D20. It was working fine for the past 4 months. Recently it has been following a mind of its own and doing whatever it wants. I ask for it to vacuum 2 areas and it will randomly leave to a different room, give it a lap, come out and go to a different room that also wasn’t requested and vacuum for 10 seconds there. Then return to its dock saying it completed everything but show in the area map that it didn’t complete the areas originally requested.  Help!!

I’ve also got the same issue with both my D20 models, which are less than 6 months old. BUT what really irritates me is one of them has been throwing the “main brush tangle” error code as if there’s something caught. I’ve literally cleaned these brushes multiple times only to get the same error after it repositions. Makes no sense and I shouldn’t be spending 30+ minutes fiddling around trying to fix some phantom error code on a vacuum cleaner that’s supposed to be helping me, not frustrating me.
