X60 pro not picking up

My vacuum has not been picking anything up. The mop feature is working well.i have cleaned out the vacuum, the bag is empty… I do not know what else to do.
Any guidance would be appreciated!

I am having a similar issue. It picks up the dog hair but  then leaves it behind. We find balls of dog hair  across the carpet despite no blockages within the unit

I think I’m having the same problem. The dirt trap has been completely empty the last few times.

I was having the same issue. I took everything apart and cleaned it thoroughly.  I actually used Chat Cpt to give me the directions.

Please confirm whether there is wind blowing out of the air outlet while the robot is vacuuming.

If wind is blowing out, this indicates the fan is working properly.
We recommend cleaning the dust box and filter to ensure the device’s suction remains unobstructed.
Additionally, please increase the suction power and perform multiple cleaning cycles to improve the overall cleaning effect.
If there is no wind blowing out of the air outlet during vacuuming and no fan operation sound is heard, this may mean the fan is abnormal and the device requires a repair.
