[L10s Ultra] Leaking Dreambot

My Dream bot is less than 2 weeks old.
From Day 1, while using the mopping function, as soon as the bot leaves the dock, the little spout tucked in there started spewing out water until the entire floor is wet.
I find myself mopping and working just as hard a the robot.

I need help. / advice please.
Wondering if I got a faulty Device.
