Low battery shut off doesn't let robot charge on base.

The auto shut off feature isn't letting the robot charge on the base. When I turn it on, so it can sense the charging prongs it shuts off again and doesn't charge.  The unit is less than a year old.  Any suggestions? It's dead and won't recharge.

My Dreame D20 plus started sending the battery error message few months ago, I unplug the battery and plugged back, battery error message is gone, but disconnected from WiFi then I removed the device and and added device back to the app, it acted normal for few weeks and battery error message comes back and recycling the process.   Anybody experiencing this issue?

My dreame L50 ultra loses at least 1 mop pad nearly every 5 min. Has been doing for a couple of weeks. I checked the magnets as suggested & they are ok. I’ve ordered replacements but are not here yet. The machine has been being used for not quite 5 mos. Ridiculous that this keeps happening. Please give more advice
