Vacuum says not connected to internet. We reset our router, powered down and restarted vacuum several times. How do you get it reconnected to wi-fi? I don't see an icon option for that

Can you add the L10s Ultra Gen 2 please.

Want to just mop or wash the floor; how can I do that?

I would like to just vacuum sometimes and not mop, if that can be done. I just purchased a Dreme 60 ultra.

Why is my new dream model only cleaning floors when advertised to do both carpet and floors

Yes, mine too. Seems like a total waste. Just refusing to clean the carpet even though the Settings say max suction and carpet first

Why does my model say error brush theirs nothing stuck it brand new

Power light on front top water container does not stay on. I have to turn power switch off then on to get it back on. This happens about every 1/2 hour during charging.

I have the Dreame L10s Ultra Robot Vacuum and Mop... it's not picking up debris, it just mops????
