App offline for the last two days

My robot has been showing offline for the last two days. I've unplugged the robot. I've power cycled it. I've tried to make sure that my app is current (2.5.9.0) on Android.

When is the app or cloud service going to come back online?

I see a l40s ultra and l40s ultra Ae. But I don’t see a reference to l40s ultra CE. Mine is the ce. What’s the difference and why is it not listed?
