BROKEN GOVAC 200L

Help! Brand new Dreams GoVac 200L 2 in one mop and vacuum. Unboxes and set up according to manual, ran great. Cleaned my whole house.

Two days later I went to use it again and realized the power button and home button would not stop blinking no matter what. On the charge, off the charger tried powering it off they just keep on blinking. Eventually I got the power button to work and power it off for a hard reset. But when u put it back on the charger doc it still just blinks non stop, no voice sound or won’t pair either, shows up as offline…? Help!?

Troubleshooting Steps
Perform a Hard Reset
Since you mentioned attempting a hard reset, ensure it was performed correctly. Typically, this involves holding the power button for an extended period (often 10-15 seconds) until the device powers down completely or resets. After resetting, place the robot back on the charging dock and wait for it to initialize.

Check Charging Contacts
Ensure the charging contacts on both the robot and the charging dock are clean and free of debris. Wipe them with a dry cloth. Poor contact can cause charging issues and communication errors that result in blinking lights.

Verify Network Connection
The "Offline" status indicates a Wi-Fi connection issue. Ensure your phone is connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network (5GHz is often not supported by these devices). Try re-pairing the device through the Dreamehome app after the hard reset.

Check for Liquid Damage
Although the unit is new, check for any signs of liquid ingress on the exterior or internal components if accessible. Liquid damage can cause short circuits leading to continuous blinking and unresponsiveness. If liquid damage is suspected, standard warranty coverage may be affected, but since it is brand new, contact support immediately.
