Cleaning solution dispenser?

My robot vacuum Dreame D30 Pro Ultra Kit did not come with a cleaning solution dispenser. Was it supposed to have one? Where can I order one?

Just to confirm — is this a brand new machine? Did the cleaning solution compartment come missing when you first opened the package?

Yes, New machine.  Did not have dispenser in box.

Do I need to purchase a separate solution container or can I mix the cleaning solution with water directly in the clean water tank?

Yes it is brand new.I just opened it recently. It was a housewarming gift from my brother a couple of month ago, and I noticed that this part is missing.  When I opened the box.  Could you please send us a replacement?

I believe this model does not come with a cleaning solution dispenser. You can buy the solution and on the back it tells you the ratio of solution to water that you can add to clean water tank. I would double check with support
