My Robot L10s Ultra not charging

The robot Is not charging even after trying all the procedures in troubleshooting. The robot has zero battery

I just opened the box and tried using it for the first time. After connecting the robo vacuum to my phone app, I tried to do the quick map - it had 30% battery life. During quick map session, battery went down to 10%, and I was told to send it back to the dock to charge. It had a hard time docking and was never successful properly docking. I manually dock it, hearing the click sounds from the contacts being made, but I never heard the confirmation that it is charging.

The battery is at 5% and is still not charging, even when connected to the docking Station.
