Mopping Task

I’ve began to notice that whenever the Vacuum is cleaning and mopping or just mopping, one side of the mop will spin and the other wouldn’t and it would drag the pads and THEN it will kick back on randomly and start spinning again. This happened after I updated the Firmware for the Robot. Is there something I can do to address this?

One wheel on my robot broke in 3 pieces.  Can I purchase another one
