goes to base and will not dock.  Moved the base to numerous locations following the guidlines and still will not dock.  just dances near the entrance, seems to line up but will not dock.  Tech support has not been helpful.

Same here. Though i have not tried tech support. Any recommendations?

Tech support is useless.
