Dreame Robot Vacuum Stops Cleaning Before Completing the Job

Hello! I’m experiencing an issue with my Dreame robot vacuum. Several times in a row, when I start a regular cleaning cycle, the robot cleans only one or two rooms and then says that the cleaning is complete, even though there are still rooms that have not been cleaned.

To continue cleaning, I have to manually select the remaining rooms and start the cleaning process again.

Could you please help me understand why the robot is ending the cleaning cycle prematurely and how I can fix this issue? The problem happens repeatedly.

I am having the same issue.  I have contacted customer support twice.  With no help!!   Their only advice was to send it back to be fixed or return it for a refurbished one!!   No actual help with their website.  Which is horrible!!   What a complete waste of money.  And mine does not dance around the dock.  I just stops in front of it and I have to manually put it on the dock!!   I wish I could just return it!!  Such a headache!
