L20 ultra suction

Hello. I am currently using the L20 ultra. I purchased it approx 2 years ago. Ive noticed the empty bin suction doesnt seem as strong. Was curious if anyone else has this issue or if there is a sensor or something i should check. Ive replaced filters, cleaned the bin and made sure there wasnt a blockage. I do use the device 5+ times a week

I had that complaint from the first week.  No one ever got back with me.  I manually clean the robot.

Make sure there isn't a blockage. Make sure the dust bag is connected properly. Make sure the cover where dust bag sits is on tight. Also behind the dust bag there is a small circle filter, it isn't removable but the screen does get clogged with dust and you need to clean it. I clean mine with a q tip.
