Dust bin clogged

My Aqua 10 Ultra’s dust bin keeps getting clogged every time it vacuums.  I have to manually remove the bin and pluck the dust and hair out manually. It seems as though the orifice is too small or the vacuum is too weak on the base station to pull out the debris.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  The vacuum bag  in the base station is new by the way.  

There are three suction settings. Try going to one of the two stronger options
