Charging Errors

My robot docks to charge then undocks.  It repeats this over and over.  The app indicates a charging error.  I’ve done all the troubleshooting steps and this error returns.  Please help.

I just received my vacuum today and it would not dock, kept trying over and over.  After many tries I found this little tag on the back.  It says remove before use. Once I did that, the silly thing docked perfectly.  Hope that’s the only problem I have.
