Schedule cleaning issues and mopping

Hi, purchased a govac400 from Costco. Had it for two days. I am having issues with the scheduling function. I want the device to be mopping “wetter” I changed it to 23 but when the schedule starts it only does it at 16? How to fix. Also when mopping it doesn’t drop water all the time. Half the time it’s “dry”

Please try setting a higher humidity level. The interval and duration of water discharge from our robot's small water tank are related to the humidity setting in the app, and water is not always discharged.

After saving a complete zone map, you can customize cleaning settings for each zone, including cleaning mode, suction power, mop dampness, and cleaning frequency.

In the app, tap <Cleaning mode> → <Customized Cleaning> → select your desired mop dampness.
