camera isn’t capturing images of obstacles

I’m using an L50, but the camera isn’t capturing images of obstacles. Why might this be happening, and how can I fix it?

For comparison, I also have an X20, and its obstacle imaging is working perfectly.

I'm having the same issue with my L40 Ultra.  I just purchased it during Prime days & it's never worked.  A very few pictures might be able to view,  but most do not open.  I've been working with Dreame tech for weeks now & still have no fix.  Frustrating!
