iOS app won’t download plugin

The title mostly says it all. Our new L40 was set up using an Android device, without issue. After installing the app on an iPhone and logging in, I’m unable to download the plugin after selecting “go to device”.

It goes to 100%, then fails. Second attempt freezes at 0%. Clearing the cache will make it go back to failing after 100%.

I have the same issue setting up on iOS.  Tried uninstalling, turned all off/ reset and reinstalled but nothing.  I've checked settings for plug-ins and pop-ups on the iphone too.  Would appreciate a solution in the next few days or I'll be returning it.  Error - "Failed to download the plug-in.  Please try again"

2.Check if your mobile network is stable. Try switching to a reliable Wi-Fi or mobile data network.
3.Verify your device’s storage space, clear the app cache, then restart the app and try again.

Also, kindly provide a video of the problem and device's SN to help with diagnosis.
Go to Me > Help & Feedback > Report Logs to upload the app logs, and provide the time when the issue occurred along with your time zone.
