Mop not working

No water & circular pads not spinning. Reservoir is full. Could problem be in settings or is something plugged?

Hi,

no water issue:

1. Please confirm that you are using Dreame official cleaning solution.Other brands of cleaning solutions or disinfectants may cause internal pipe blockages and affect machine performance.
2. Please check if there are any foreign objects blocking the sealing plug(refer to attached picture) of the clean water tank and the pipeline.
3. Ensure the clean water tank cover is properly closed. If unsure, gently open and reinstall the tank to confirm it's securely positioned.
4. Use a cleaning tool to clean the water outlet holes at the bottom of the base station.
5. Initiate the self-cleaning function via the App and observe if water flows properly from the spray holes at the base station bottom, confirming normal operation.

pads not spinning issue:

1. Please confirm whether the robot is cleaning on a carpeted area. It is recommended to move the robot to a non - carpeted area and start it.
2. Please check if the mop pad holders are entangled with strings or other debris. If you find any foreign objects, carefully remove the mop pad holders , clean it thoroughly, and then continue cleaning.
3. In mopping mode, if the mop pad isn't rotating, please check if any objects are stuck in the robot's chassis. Clear the chassis area to ensure no obstructions interfere with rotation.
4. If the robot isn't functioning properly during cleaning, try wiping the ultrasonic sensor to ensure it's clean and unobstructed.
5. Remove the mop pad holder and reinstall the mop pad, ensuring it's correctly positioned.
6. Turn off the robot, wait a few seconds, then restart it and observe its operation.
