Clumps of hair

Hi! We have loved the first month of having the x40 Ultra especially with a dog that sheds a lot. Only recently we’ve noticed that the vacuum leaves quite a few clumps of hair around the house despite running it twice. We tried changing the vacuum bag and the roller but it keeps happening. Any tips?

Same issue (X40 Ultra) ... things got better with the TriCut Brush, still need to occasionally pick up the long clumps of fur. When those start appearing, sign that the onboard filter is full or not emptying. I got into the habit of checking every 2 days...

Please try the following troubleshooting steps.

1. Set the suction power to maximum.
2. Clean the dust bin and filter promptly. Overfilling will reduce the device's cleaning performance.
3. If there is a lot of hair in your home, it is recommended to use zone cleaning. Divide the area into small sections for cleaning each time and set the auto-empty mode to Standard. This way, the device will empty the dust after cleaning each small section, reducing hair buildup and improving cleaning efficiency.
